Points Calculation, Commission Statements and Bonuses

We have changed the basic procedures and data for showing the points scores in the BackOffice since May 20, 2020 From this date on, the representation of the points in the BackOffice is absolutely correct and showing a logical daily increase.

Before May 20, 2020, erroneous points scores could often be observed when comparing for example March to April, thus giving a seemingly illogical development of these scores. This has now been corrected.

Note: This only affects the numbers displayed in the BackOffice. The data for calculating commissions has not changed and is still constant and valid.

Starting with the Dual Bonus payments in mid-June, there will be new and very detailed commission statements, giving a clear presentation of the individual sales and commissions. We have recalculated all sums for the Direct and Matching Bonus for all Members since the start of the company. In some cases where the former calculation was not correct, the difference for the Matching Bonus was paid to all affected Members on 29.05.2020, for the Direct Bonus on 02.06.2020.

Cap Promotion From 05-01-2020 to 07-31-2020

There is a Weekly Cap Promotion for the next three months, running since May 1, 2020. During these three months, weekly Caps (the limitations as described in the Compensation Plan) do not apply. Instead, a monthly Cap of EUR 87,000 (average per month) applies.

Payout Now With i-payout – Easy, Versatile and Secure

Healy World will be using i-payout for commission payments starting June 8.

i-payout is an eWallet, an “electronic purse” that lets you transfer your money wherever you want, faster, more convenient and safer than before.

To make the changeover as easy as possible, we will create i-payout accounts for all of you in advance.You will then receive an email from i-payout with the login data. After the first login you will see a video explaining the single steps of the activation.

After your i-payout registration, some documents must be uploaded (just once) to verify the identity of the owner. For up to 5,000 € payout per day, a photo ID,passport or similar is sufficient. From 5,000 € to a maximum of 10,000 € payout per day, an additional document is required, e.g. an electricity bill, showing the owner’s address. A payout volume of more than 10,000 € per day must be requested separately, directly from i-payout via your account, they will contact you with the necessary requirements.

Verification takes about 3-4 days, then the first payout can be made.

Healy World Management Expanding

The extremely rapid and intense global development of our business has made it necessary to expand and consolidate our management structure. Since June 1, we there is a new CTO (Chief Technical Officer) whose most important task it will be to assess and optimize our digital strategy together with our partners and platforms, including in particular the online shop, the BackOffice and the Commission Engine. He will be responsible for the development and implementation of these systems and platforms and, together with his team, will push forward to make Healy World infrastructure fit for a great future! We have also hired a new Head of Support who will provide the best possible support for all members. In particular, Customer Support across all positions will be significantly expanded and strengthened on an ongoing basis to keep pace with the rapid business development.

The number of employees in other key positions and in all departments has also been drastically increased.
