How It Works

You can use Healy to connect to doctors who use the TimeWaver technology. This program is called Healy Medical Cloud.

The approximately 1,500 TimeWaver therapists can use their professional TimeWaver systems to create individual programs specifically tailored to your situation and transfer them directly to your Healy app via the Medical Cloud.

Of course, you will only be connected to a Medical Cloud doctor if you explicitly request this and unlock them with your Healy app. The same applies for downloading your customized programs into your Healy.

Data Security

For a modern and networked product, security not only pertains to medical and electrical security, but also to data security.

Healy is of course cutting-edge in this area as well: both the Bluetooth connection and the connection to the Healy Medical Cloud meet the highest security standards, as new and patented data transmission methods are used.

As stipulated in the MPG (Medical Devices Act), there is a safety officer assigned to the product who acts according to the mandatory protocols of the MPG.
